1. Your full name; and, if available
2. User ID and/or email address associated with your Web Sites/Applications user account.
Your account will be promptly disabled by our customer support team upon receipt of the email. A member of our customer service team may also reach out to you via email to obtain further information if needed and/or to execute a more formal exclusion period based on your needs. In addition, please note that:
1. To self-exclude yourself from the Web Sites/Applications for a Definite Period, you may indicate the same in your communication and/or tell the customer service representative that you wish to self-exclude yourself for a set amount of time. This can be a specific number of days, weeks or months. Once the period of time has been determined, the exclusion period cannot be reversed until the period expires.
2. To self-exclude yourself for an Indefinite Period, you may indicate the same in your communication and/or tell the customer service representative that you wish to self-exclude yourself for an indefinite amount of time. A request to lift an Indefinite Period of self-exclusion will be granted three (3) months after we receive such a request.
The self-exclusion will begin once we obtain all the necessary information relating to your specific needs. In the event you can still access the Web Sites/Applications after receiving the confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us and inform us that your account is still active. If you fail to respond to the customer service representative, your account will be suspended for an indefinite period.
During the self-exclusion period, your user account will be temporarily deactivated and you will not have any access to the Web Sites/Applications. Should you require access to your account history, information, payments and/or winnings, you may contact us at support@pryzr.com. Additionally, during a self-exclusion period, you will no longer receive any marketing materials from us. Further, we recommend that you seek self-exclusion from any and all other computer game platforms you have active accounts with as a precautionary measure.
We encourage you to please uninstall the Web Sites/Applications to avoid receiving any push notifications. As we are unable to uninstall the Web Sites/Applications for you, the responsibility falls to you. If you need any direction or assistance in how to uninstall the application, please let us know.
We reserve the right to exclude you from the Web Sites/Applications for either a Definite or Indefinite Period in our sole discretion if there are reasons that indicate to us that you may have a gaming problem.
In the event you wish to close your user account due to a gaming problem, simply contact us at support@pryzr.com and we will process this request as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please note that any Self-Exclusion Period or limits set only apply to the account associated with the User ID, email address, and other information provided by you to our customer service team. If you possess more than one user account with Web Sites/Applications (see Terms of Use for rules on accounts), the restrictions will not apply to any additional user accounts. Separate requests will need to be submitted for additional user accounts. Further, while we have measures in place to prevent fraud, we will not be liable to any customer who attempts to engage in fraud to open, or otherwise fraudulently opens, one or more new user accounts by registering and/or logging on to the Web Sites/Applications using different methods including, but not limited to, using different email addresses, using false names, or playing as a guest.
